Summary of Incident:
Officers were dispatched to a person with a gun, upon arrival gang officers observed 3 M/H subjects in an alley, one
turns away and flees, they initiate a foot pursuit. Patrol Officers observe suspect running from officers and continue
foot pursuit. As suspect runs into an alley at Hellman, officers get involved in an OIS. A .9mm handgun is
recovered at the scene. Suspect transported to St. Marys and in stable condition.
